Recipe
- Ratio: We use a proportion of 1:16, that is, for every gram of coffee we add 16 grams of water. For this recipe, we will use 500g of water, which is equivalent to 31g of coffee.
- Prepare the filter: Moisten and place the filter in the Moccamaster.
- Grind the coffee: Grind 31g of coffee to a medium point.
- Add the coffee: Add the ground coffee to the filter.
- Turn on the coffee maker: Turn on the Moccamaster and let it work its magic.
- Enjoy: Wait until all the coffee has filtered and enjoy!
