What is specialty coffee?

Specialty coffee is a term used to describe coffee beans of the highest quality, grown under ideal conditions and evaluated for their exceptional flavor. This type of coffee is rated with more than 80 points on a scale of 100 by professional cuppers.

How should I store my coffee to maintain its freshness?

We recommend storing coffee in an airtight container, in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Coffee does not need to be refrigerated as it can absorb odors from other foods.

What brewing methods can I use for coffee?

In each coffee we recommend one or more preparation methods. You can write to us so we can guide you on which coffee to choose.

How long does fresh coffee last?

At Not The Same we roast every week, so you will receive fresh coffee. For the best flavor, we suggest consuming the coffee within six to eight weeks of its roasting date. Even if once they pass, you will still be eligible.

How can I subscribe to Not The Same coffee?

We offer a subscription service that allows you to receive your favorite coffee monthly. You can customize your subscription to what you need and cancel it at any time.

Can I make a return?

Not The Same is only responsible for returns previously consulted (notthesame.es@gmail.com) and made within 7 business days after receipt.

Do not accept any packages that are defective due to handling during transportation.

To return an order, it must be in perfect condition and be accompanied by the purchase invoice. It is very important that returned products are perfectly packaged. If the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, returns will not be accepted.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to all of Europe.
