Heat the water: Heat the filtered water until it reaches a temperature of 92-96°C.
Grind the coffee: Grind 30g of coffee to a coarse point.
Prepare the French Press: Pour some hot water into the French press to heat it up, then discard that water.
Add the coffee: Place the 30g of ground coffee in the French press.
Pour the water: Add 450g of hot water over the coffee, making sure to wet all the beans evenly.
Stir: Gently stir the coffee and water.
Let it rest: Place the lid on the French press and let it rest for 4 minutes.
Press the plunger: After 4 minutes, slowly press the plunger down to separate the ground coffee from the liquid.
Serve and enjoy: Pour the coffee into your favorite mug and enjoy delicious French press coffee.
