How to prepare a coffee in V60 with our Colombia.

Here our recipe recommendation to prepare our Tablón de Gomez coffee in V60

Recipe

  1. Ratio: 15g of coffee per 240ml of water
  2. Water: 50% Bezoya + 50% Lanjarón at 88°C.
  3. First pour (Bloom): 50 g of water in 30-45
  4. Second pour: Up to 100g of water, in circles
  5. Third and last: We start in circles and end in the center until we reach 240g of water with a final time of 2 minutes.
  6. Wait and serve: Let the coffee finish filtering and remove it from the V60.

You will find a very balanced coffee, with bright acidity and a touch of acidic orange or kumquat.
