Our NOT THE SAME EVOO is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Arbequina variety, grown in the lands of Almería, with a high fruity aroma and an exquisite delicacy in the mouth.
The arbequina is characterized by its great resistance to cold and thesize of its fruit, which is the smallest of the varieties grown in Spain.
This variety is found in Catalonia, Aragon and Andalusia.
The early Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil presents fruity smells of banana, green apple and freshly cut grass, while more mature it is reminiscent of a fruit porridge, where banana, apple and even vanilla are perceived.
