Variety NTS COFFEE Brasil is made from coffee beans of the Catuaí variety in the Cerrado Mineiro region. I t is a large region in the state of Minas Gerais, in the southeast of Brazil, ideal for the production of specialty coffees. The green beans go through a natural process providing complexity to this coffee. They have a higher acidity with a medium body and sweetness.
